Yes, $45.00/lead. They call, set up appointment. I show up. I ordered 15. When they fill those and it proves profitable, I will order more.

As a roofing contractor, I utilize a telemarketing company to generate exclusive leads. This works better than just door knocking. I get to spend my time with the people who are actually interested in having their roofs replaced.

I am considering using this same technique to get appointments with decision makers to receive free demos of soft washing. My guarantees are:

1. Decision maker will be home(or I don't pay for the lead).

2. They have some level of interest.

3. I can set the day to do as many as they can get me.

4. It will be within a specified geographical location.

That being said, I need a script or at least the high points to use in a three minute pitch.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I already have leads purchased for roofing that I can convert to soft wash. I need to do something with these leads. There just is not enough fresh damage on roofs right now.

Either. $45.00 is cheaper than paying a percentage to a salesman.

I suppose if you land a nice roofing job its well worth it. A bit high for my taste for roof cleaning leads. If a salesman went out and answered the lead and closed the deal, I'd pay him or her $45 all day long for each deal closed.
Good luck and let us know how it works out.

45 does seem a tad high for roof cleaning. I would be more comfortable with 30 although if you can sell them on the job at a slightly higher cost than it wouldn't matter. Whats the name of the company?

Seems like a great price for a re-roof, a bit high for a roof cleaning. But if you can good a decent price for a cleaning then you could do ok I guess.

Well 15 leads would be 675 and if you closed 10 @450 for just the roof. You walk away withd around 3820. Which breaks down to about 382 per job after advertising cost then say another 100 for chems and labor so your down to 282 per job. Thats not bad but you would need to do some add ons on those jobs and you can get that number upto over 400 per job even after cost. I think it would be worth it.
