Its not Redundant Dan. Homeowners are overwhelmed these days and to repeat something isn't a bad idea. Homeowners forget (50%) of what you tell them before you leave there driveway. Dan I have added that same top (10) to my Advertising. Thanks for posting it.
If anyone else has any ideas of what we could add, please feel free to share.
Dan
Dan,
With insurance companies starting to mandate that roofs be cleaned before policies are renewed or granted you might want to add (#11)another reason. The other ten are great and will educate the homeowners.

Educating the homeowner is always going to be a challenge for our industry. We must keep at it no matter what. Sy Sims used to say that "an educated consumer is our best customer".

That's funny Hank the other day I was giving an estimate to a guy who was selling his home. He just wanted the garage front roof done because it is what people see right away. Upon inspection it was plain to see that the rest of the roof need it as well, he didn't want to go that far. I explained to him about the insurance company and how the roof would set back the sale of the house when the buyer went for insurance, totally from experiance. I explained how it would be cheaper and save time in the long run to clean the entire roof now. It went in one ear and out the other, there will be a big " DOH " sometime in his future.
No problem John, so many people helped me when I came on board last October. A little reciprocation goes a long way. Hank you hit the nail on the head with the insurance companies. HO sold their home but the roof needed to be cleaned for insurance purposes, I guess all this moss is a good thing!
