Its very slow, are you adding content yourself. If its in HTML and you copy and paste of Word for instance it will become very slow. If it is HTML the code needs to be cleaned up, or its your host.
Your site is very simple, meaning it's not loaded down with a bunch of Flash or tons of pictures and videos and overall it's a clean looking site. Your site is hosted on a shared server and there are many other websites that are running on it besides yours that could be consuming a lot of bandwidth. I would call your host and have them run a quick diagnostic on their server.

how long ago did you guys post this? i literally just added a CACHE plug in on word press. but i did it like 10 minutes ago lol.. i wish we had time stamps on posts. mabye we do and im just not seeing them?
