Nah you can wash that. But you are going to use more soap. Adjust mix for temps, and age of the sh, plus tile roofs use a stronger mix. So it got to be pretty strong. Never done a tile roof, That's all I know.

At supply company today, asked how fresh sh. Told same chit I bout month ago and that was getting old. That gonna change real soon! Fresh soap!

 Marcus I think your referring to me, " Clyde" It was good talking to you as well, thanks for your advise.

We been cleaning in the mid 40's, takes more roof mix, and might dial up the % a little. We have been getting good results. I have thought about pre-wetting with a little warm water to open up the shingles a little and to remove the frost, maybe about 100-110 degrees.

Tile Roofs are very tricky to Clean in cold weather. It is always best to let the sun warm them up to at least 55-60 degrees before applying the Chems. Anything colder than that and your just wasting your material and YOUR money.

That is the correct tile roof cleaning answer in my book and why waste the money unless you are overloaded with roof cleaning work which would be unusual this time of year.
