Who does not like ranches and capes? I get at least....atleast $380 if not $425 for the one side of a cape and If I am doing a 2 story colonial I am getting atleast $480 for one side a little more with front garage. Look you got the risk and the work not the home owner, moving that ladder and going up there for less shame on you. If it was that easy the home owner would do it. Hey I just paid $675 for corp tax return....took him no time. I just got tires for my car $430 bucks. I don't have to tell you about the prices at the pump or supermarket.....no one is doing anything cheap for us...........
