HECK YEA Clyde.... I've been cleaning and staining decks for 20 years. I am a CSIA Certified Chimney Sweep.... and I Clean Roofs.... ANY add on service is OK ! Here in the East.... I'm pretty sure we would all starve if all we did was clean roofs ! Back in the day..... when we Sprayed the stain on decks.... I cleaned MANY a window ! ! ! (for free) Now, I HAND BRUSH everything..... no overspray.... I have alot of repeat customers (every two years) who use me because I don't spray. That's my 2cents.....

back 3 years ago all I use to do is drive around and wash 4 to 6 houses day, every day rain or shine I would make really good money, however at the time I did not clean roofs, or whiten gutters, I even preferred not to clean concrete, because I had my little system down. I use to schedule a house wash every two hours in my books, this gave me time to talk to the customer, answer and return calls, and wash the house, but that also gave me time to do extras and also clean the neighbors house. I found that every two hours I was able to keep my schedule perfect. I was doing a lot of ripping and running but it was fun, I liked working hard in short periods then getting off my feet.

but now that I clean roofs, whiten gutters, clean concrete and even clean a few windows I am able to make the same if not more on one job. things change some how you just got to roll with them.

Gotta brush, I will sometimes spray lattice and spindles.  Floors get rolled and backbrushed.
