we have two house and roof cleanings for this week. (mon &tues). this is definetly the earliest i have cleaned. My earliest before was last february we had one 60 degree day and we knocked 2 roofs out that day side by side.

How did it come out?

It came out real nice ,what was nice is i got the call yesterday and changed my schedule around to fit them in. They were so happy that in 1 day i was there to clean the building.Gave about 50 post card to all the real estate agents.

Mike, a month ago I looked at the long range weather forcast and they was right on the money, they said January would be 5 degrees above average with more than usual rain,

I forget what they said about february.

I paid for the farmers almanac, but I can't find it.

I have not done any cleaning in the winter or with hot water. With the cost of a hot water unit I have been wondering how a military m-67 I think it is immersion heater would work to heat water for roof cleaning?

all my equipment is up and running, really the only damage I done was blown two hundred feet of high pressure hose, I'm just glad I didn't ruin my all-flo pump.

yea Oliver, If your a premium member you get access to all the valuable information, your not going to get much over here on the guest side. We all have learned a lot from here and I'm sure you could too, I see your already in the contracting business, so it would be easy for you..
