Cory Lake Isles is in New Tampa, just a few miles from Tampa Palms.

It was a very sturdy flat tile roof, safe to walk on, and thank God for that!

It was truly filthy, like many of the tile roofs in Cory Lake Isles. Their homeowners association is not as strict, and have allowed the roofs there to get filthy. A real shame, because it is otherwise a lovely community.

It took a ton of roof cleaning chemical to clean it, but we are perfectionists.

I have always noticed a big difference when guys pressure or power wash these roofs, there is always leftover algae on the edges. I have a roof here in Lakewood Ranch, Florida that was pressure washed a year ago and I have photos from then. I noticed that the algae is coming back already. I am going to take some new pictures and will post them here for consumers wanting to see what pressure washing does NOT do for a tile roof cleaning.

Yes, and just recently too. Cory Lake Isles Homeowners Association is finally sending out roof cleaning letters.
