Maybe he is still recuperating form his son having taken a vacation... Maybe his son did not come back from vacation and he is still working... I hope to hear from him soon!

I posted a PM, with Chuck's approval, that he sent me explaining how his depression has gotten the best of him and he is trying to get over it. I think it is searchable if you want to read it.

Somthing so personal as depression may be best on the other side so not to influence customers.

I would move it, not a big deal to have some tough times but customers won't see it that way and his competition can use it against him.But a customer will probably move on to the next guy, just the way it is. So lets protect him a little and move it to the other side.
