Looking good, I would just keep updating it with fresh (original) information as much as possible. The video- it is good in that it shows the product working and application method. Although next time I would suggest a tripod so its less shaky. I would also take a video that doesn't have you using the ladder like that. I am sure you were perfectly safe, and I know I have stood on a ladder in that position many times (hundreds). But it looks very unsafe, as it could kick out on you. (just looking at it from a customers point of view who may have zero experience with the industry) Nice site man.
I was using a iPhone and a helper took the video, I will put a new one up in 2012. As far as the ladder I am a 25 year painting contractor and that ladder was not going anywhere, If you look at the pitch of the roof it was very steep.
I know you were safe. I just thought others might not see it that way. I have yet to put any videos up myself, I have been slacking in that department. One thing I read and I'm not sure if its true or not is that you should never have videos on the top of your landing page. If you do to make sure you tag it, as the web crawlers can't get information from it since its not text. You have a nice looking site, and I like your trailer setup. I will be looking at it frequently while getting mine setup! Regards
I used to have videos showing us cleaning the roof. Here is what I heard, all to often "WTF do you mean 800.00, when all your are doing is spraying some chit on my roof, probably Bleach and Dish Soap"
I have had much better luck just showing before and after pictures, and keeping some mystery in how we will clean the roof.

The response I have gotten from homeowners is once they saw my process videos and realized I don't use pressure the deal was closed.
Then again I do cedar shakes, where homeowners have a big concern.
I guess it is a matter of choice. But we are taking about a public that still doesn't know what roof cleaning is, let alone that you can clean a roof. Now that may not apply in the Southeast, but the Midwest the homeowners don't have a clue.
