I only buy pumps from outside our industry suppliers when they are really really cheap, and I mean really really cheap.

Here is why.

My experience with these non industry cheap suppliers is "What do you mean you ran bleach through the pump" ?

These suppliers that are not in our Industry have no reputation to protect, and seldom care if you are broken down.

I will pay a little more to get a person on the phone to help me, when I have a problem, who won't yell at me for "abusing their pump with bleach"

Exactly Chris that is my point, I will pay a little more for a company that will answer the phone, All-Flo has the same warranty matter where you by it. so the only thing left is customer service.

Wegotpumps.com offers excellent customer service, and they give you cell numbers for after hours. They also have free shipping, just another alternative for us Northern people especailly since they are located in PA.

after all whats to go wrong with an All-Flo, so now it just boils down to customer service,
