I started out with used eqipment, or as I refer to it, junk. It annoyed, it irritated, and it finally made me mad. I called Bob at Pressure Tek and bought an electric pump. It was awesome. I called for a back-up and he was temporarily out of stock, but he had another brand so I bought it. He has supplied me with tips, holders and gutter cleaner and I was happy.
I am starting another company and I bought a used Pressure Pro pressure washer off search tempest to that end. As I tore into it this week, I noticed that the wiring was not all connected. I had purchased an ignitor from Bob about a month ago and I emailed asking him if he knew where I could find a wiring diagram for my machine.
Long story short, I received a call from the manufacturer. He waited patiently till I walked my cuddly (fat) arse out to the garage and found the numbers on the machine that he needed. He told me that my machine is a 2005 model. Subsequently, he emailed me the wiring diagram for my USED machine. I can't wait to fix it so I can wear it out and buy a new one!
So what's the point? Simple. Pressure Pro ROCKS because they stand behind their equipment, but Bob at Pressure Tek who didn't have a dog in the fight made certain that I got help. Bob is the MAN!!!!!!!!
Bob, with all these plugs, is 200' x 1/2" ID of Kuri Tec hose going on sale next week? Just kidding man...and thanks for the Simple Cherry advice. Windows look great.
bob and russ are both the go to guys of the industry. Russ spent 40 minutes with me on the phone about a piece of equipment he didnt even sell me. Clyde-who sells the all-flo in pennse?

BTW, Bob never gave me free product or a special discount as far as I know, other than throwing in 2 free hose barbs on the Fatboy I bought. But as I get older, I get smarter. Thanks for the lesson Ray!

Unfortunate I got old Chris and don't get out too much anymore. Shooters side is still there. The other side is a ghost town. They may put a casino there. Bob's about 10 minutes away. It's great to know that if I ever need him he's only a few minute away.
Bob is a great guy and a great resource when he talks, I listen and take notes, his brand rates high with us, his gutter product works well on tiger stripes. I really appreciate a business that answers the phone.
