Here was a good one we did last week.  House is empty, listed with a real estate agent, and the owner Googled "roof cleaning aiken" and Aiken Soft Wash the #1 organic search result.

Having your roof cleaned is a no brainer, considering the damage that it will do if left untreated. But I just don't get it when a house is up for sale and they dont treat the roof. Look at the before picture above, you walk up to that home and its horrible. After the roof was cleaned by Bob and his company it's value and curb appeal jumped a mile! Nice work!
