Roofs that are really really bad!

We have been working in this community and... boy let me tell ya.....the roofs are bad.My question is, we cleaned a roof today which was approx 3000sq ft and it took about 90- gals of mix, we went over it three times. This is my mix 30% sh , 69.5% H20 1% ammox. Should I add more Sh or is this just normal for this roofs.

What you doing shingle, tile other?

I would heat up the mix.. assuming your SH is fresh. post some pics if you can

Stronger Mixtures clean faster, but kill plants better.

Did you wait long enough between applications, what was the temperature, roof color, and was it sunny or cloudy ?

Roof color is black, temp was 61 you can see in about 10min were you need to hit again.

I don't think your mix was strong enough....boost up to 35% SH

We have been cleaning roofs in Forsyte, Mo that also needs 3 applications, These roofs not only get algae on the north but cover the whole roof, I feel the reason is Forsyte sits between two lakes ,Lake Taneycomo and Bulls Shoals and it is really humid over there. I just know the roof algae ( gloeocapsa magma)  is Thick on those roofs and a bear to get off,  But we get them Clean
