Actualy my brothers freind, But anyway we were hanging out drinking some beer and started talking about the old stump grinding missions we went on.we used to knock on doors if the had tree stumps in there yard. So i was like lett

s do the roof thing it will be fun! I woke up this morning and bought 2 barrles on a wim!!!!!!!!!! Were going out tomarrow and knocking on doors. All day with no work lined up and see what happens...... We havent seen each other in 5 years but the spark of doing it with out a plan will never die!!!!!!!! I got some batteres for the camera ill take some pics . This could go either way after 20 denials we could bail and im out $300 bucks but if hes the same guy we should tear it up. sucks MTF er is past out on the deck right know.

This is the timmy mission

We did ok $1200 i gave him $300 he did all the knocking. But i had a problem with the last roof. It was a brown 3 tab shingle that was realy black. it was a 2 story & was un walkable, It would not come clean i had to give it 3 appliaations ?? It took 3hrs to get it done that never happend to me before. kinda sucked lota ladder work.....

did a house on saturday that wasn't too bad but temps slowed down the final outcome . Let it sit for 1/2 hr while doing small specialty work then rinsed and re-hit some spots. A valley that was redone and stood out real bad blended in to the point that it wasnt visible from the ground. Corner house that got a LOT of walk-bys and curious homeowners. Hope it lands a few spring jobs but I think the season is over up north. Had to run the love hot (15% diluted to 5% 3:1 H2O:SH plus a good amt of IPA/surfactant) and rehit heavy.

How's other northerners seeing 50-60 degree temps working with your solution?

 2 were ranchers but realy got beat on the last one... only $375 &it took 3hrs but we were knocking on doors so 1200 is cool but it was frustriating on the last one it would not go away!!!!!!!!!

GOTTA tell ya this year wasnt that great.... compared to the last 2 years! I did waste 2 months doing tree work but I do see a change!!!!!!!! to do the roof thing you realy got to be devoted...

I hope you are getting at least $ 300 for a ranch and just the infected side. I get no less then $375 one side of a ranch, I do the entire ranch for $ 525. Maverick temps are still good,maybe waiting a little bit but nothing bad. Season is far from over get back out there! You stated you are rinsing....why?

we don't touch a roof for less than $375, even if it's a one sided ranch ... an average 2 story house (2500 sq ft) both sides is $575 ... average house we did this year was $600-$800 (not including add ons) ... don't sell yourself short, you do good work and literally put your life at risk every time you climb a ladder, you're in a good market and deserve to be paid accordingly.
