No problem. I like the flyer! How are you distributing them? Have you thought about adding a coupon with a fast approaching expiration date to get people calling faster?

Avoid placing the on or in mailboxes. The US govt actually owns your mail box even if you paid for it. Attaching a flyer to a mail box or placing it within can generate a fine from the USPS. If a competitor gets really pissed at you he will ping you for this each and every time he sees it until the USPS finally sends you a fine for each and every mailbox you place them on.

Hope this helps,

AC

There is a 100% perfectly legal way around this.  A handful of RCIA-ers now it based on some late night Talkshoes earlier this year  biggrin  (Sssshhhhh - you were sworn to secrecy)

Come to the NOVA roundtable and just maybe you'll find out..........

As I mentioned previously today, all that is written on the RCIA is not fact.  Seperating fact from fiction is the key to success.

I've gone toe to toe with the good ol USPS twice, and won both times.

Thanks, guys. And I don't put the flyers IN the mailbox, I stick them on the outside. A coupon would have been a good idea, but its to late their printed.

Even sticking them on the outside of the box (in the flag) is illegal, put them anywhere else except for physically touching the box. You'll have to get creative, or actually walk up and place them around the entrance of their home, if allowed. Good Luck, next year you can toy around with different ideas and do some split testing until you get a postcard or flyer that performs well for you.
