I'll be honest, I've taken work from folks that blow and go with gutter cleaning. Even if the job is thorough, the HO feels ripped off from what I've been told? I sell them on the scooping everything out and then flushing the downspout, which takes more than 15 minutes, usually close to an hour for most jobs.. Sometimes 2 hours on a behemoth of a house..
