Should we use a regular house wash, roof, deck/fence or is there something else? This will be our first stone job and need some advice. Thanks

If there is no rust or staining, besides algae, just use a 25% roof mix,

If that doesn't make it beautiful, use a 25% mix of muriatic acid and water and rinse it off in about a minute or 2.

You could also sell them a "stone sealer" to make it look even better! {Applied at least a day later}

Get a water based one and spray it on with a pump up garden sprayer [same thing to use with the acid]
