 Yes, as long as the thread creates good SEO for our Posters , and has potential to get work for them, it will be allowed. We just recently opened up 2 new forums, pressure and power washing. What better way to get people started posting in them then to have our posters highlight their work. Many promotional threads turn into great educational threads when someone asks "how did you get that wall so clean", etc, etc, etc. And even if the threads stay strictly promotional, what's wrong with that ?

We WANT our people to have work. 

You agreed when I allowed you back on here AC to NOT solicit our members anymore, remember ?

I deleted your thread because you slammed our forum, and talked about how you just had 5 new members because of the direction this forum was going in.

That is soliciting AC, you apoligized and promised not to do it anymore, and it will not be tolerated.

Soliciting is soliciting, whether you do it behind our backs like you did by messaging our members privately, or in a thread cleverly designed to make RCIA look bad, so you can look Big.

I stuck my neck out for you AC, and went against the wishes of I would say many of our members in allowing you back here. I did so because of our long friendship, and I think you potentially have a lot to offer, IF you could only learn how to be a team player.

Your enemies here have pointed out to me that in their opinion, you have little to offer us because you SELL it, and don't share it freely like the rest of us do.

You just made a hateful thread being critical of little guys making promotional SEO posts, just trying to put food on the table. Yet you put out SEO posts after SEO Posts promoting what YOU sell.

At least the little guys trying to feed their families by making promotional SEO posts here use some of the forums SEO keywords vs things you use like "Wilderness Excursions" or "Redfish Tour" or "Meet and Greet"

Nothing I said was hateful. I am not sure where you got that.

I did not solicit those new members to my closed, free, soft washing, advice board from here. Of the 5 or so I am sure two or three prob came from here. However I didnt say, hey this place is getting screwed up so come on over to my board.

I do offer ALOT for free. many, many, many call me everyday and get free advice, free diagrams, free formulations, free advertising and such. Even in my post about the pressurewashing take over I offered free advice to the RCIA saying what you were doing was called brand dilution and that it needed to stop.

Why do I hold my offerings close to my chest now????

1. Powdered Bleach. I was attacked for trying to offer an alternative to the bleach debacle in many areas of this country. I endorsed a product but I didn’t bring it to market or set the price. However like a trooper I took all of the beating for it.

2. Chuck Bergman and others like him who no matter how beneficial my idea, post or thread it gets belittled, questioned or down right attacked.

3. Gary Wyer who changed the password to my account and my e-mail so I could not recover my password, then finally deleting it. Finally after MONTHS of asking you to recover my account you did just last month. I went 4 months with no access to my account. I was not banned, I was not on probation. That entire time I could not answer PM's, address posts in my threads or protect my content.

4. You have stated that everything that gets posted here is the property of Sparklit. Well I don’t want Sparklit to control my ideas, intellectual properties or suggestions as well. On my board I have worked out a different arrangement for that.

So when I feel a need to chime in here I give an "atta boy" here or there, help with an explanation and post some, do some promotional posts here and there like EVERYONE else. However when someone needs deeper help I save that for personal messages, e-mails and or phone conversations.

Yes you try to bang me on the wilderness excursion thing. That hurts soooo much. The fact is for $4,000.00 plus expenses these companies get me for 4 days. I turn their companies inside out! The FACT is that except for 2 companies they all double thier business within 4 months of me spending that time with them. I bet you could ask every single one of them and they would say that the 4k was WELL spent.

Chris you are struggling, busy now as it is the fall madness but way off your numbers. Do you think it would be a wise investment if you could spend $4,000.00 to double your business?

Just remember Chris I am not asking anyone here to make a decision RCIA or SWS. I am not by PM or any other method asking people to defect from the RCIA and join my board. I have no association, I have no SEO, I only offer soft washing equipment, chemicals, education and support. I chose to use a BB format to offer "support" because it makes sense and archives that information effectively.

FREE ADVISE, Chris you need to focus on the education and support model. SEO is fleeting and is a fad. It will go the way of the yellow pages offering nothing but competition for every call that comes from it. The RCIA will become irrelevant. You know that any of the guys relying on SEO from this board are spamming it up on other boards as well and can easily start a blog and create SEO them selves. Education and Support are forever!

Take an honest assessment! What is this board about more the last 6 months? SEO or Education? That is the trend you need to watch.

But don’t listen to me, I know nothing. The companies I have consulted in the last 12 months account for $2,500,000.00 in gross sales aprox and rounded. Those are the ones I track. There are countless others I have advised and have taken my webinars or seen me at a roundtable or event the last year. Again I am not sure why I even care, but here is the advise none the less.

Chris owns RCIA. AC has opinions.
Chris stands insulted in front of everyone by AC's posts.
If I owned RCIA, I would have ended this AC debate long ago and RCIA would be at peace.
But, I don't own it, Chris does, so it's his call.

Plus, he constantly says disparaging things about the way Chris runs RCIA and how he should listen to AC's advice.

Chris built this large, great website, what does AC's sight amount to? Not much, so why would Chris take AC's advice?

I thought AC was allowed back to post within his cage, not here on the Premium side? In fact, I thought that was the agreement between him and Chris, for AC not to be booted out?

AC is right about 1 thing. There is a large "bandwagon" of RCIA members who do not want him here.

Maybe I'm wrong? But that's what I thought?

Not a week went by that AC did not have a local Tampa residential roof cleaning lead for me, and I sent him all my large commercial stuff. he was totally honorable until he chose to close down his roof cleaning business. I brought AC to the RCIA because I felt he had a lot to offer. I still feel that way.

Ok, so he makes a pitch or 2 for his excursions, or the stuff he sells. As long as he is not trying to HARM the RCIA, I say live and let live.

Remember, he don't clean roofs anymore and has to feed his family. 

I agree, AC can be an easy person sometimes to dislike.  And he has pissed me off plenty!  But I honestly feel he MEANS well.

Many of you have no idea the plans AC had for RCIA

Plans that would have beneffited all of us. Many of you are totally unaware AC planned to try and get RCIA Cleaning Standards actually reccommended by roofing manufacturers!

That's right,  ONLY RCIA Certified roof cleaners endorsed by the

shingle manufacturers ?  Chew on THAT ?

I can't lead RCIA guys, and give it the time it requires. I am fighting for my very survival here in Tampa.

But I feel RCIA is stagnant, and we could be doing a lot better.

Chris, I guess you are a better man than me, when it comes to forgive and forget?

It's also just hitting me,  your long term relationship with AC adds something to the overall picture that I don't have a feel for.

Personally, I don't know the plans AC had for RCIA, but I think they were going to start off with a very expensive certification! I also think we would have become his herd of cash cows. But that's just how I and a lot of other members felt.

If he has a lot to offer, I haven't seen any of it.

Any question posted, that AC replies to, is "Call me, PM me, Email me, or visit my website" So he can turn it into a sale.

This is a forum, not a private "Contact AC site"

If he is going to take any part in posting replies, he should do so as any other member does, not as someone special, who members have to come to personally.

So, I have never seen anything of value come from AC being here-except to AC.

Most importantly, you have chosen to let him come back and he's here.

I will just have to learn to live with that and not argue with him anymore, out of respect for you.

It will be hard, you may not have noticed, but, I DON'T LIKE HIM!  I DON'T THINK HE IS HONEST ABOUT MUCH OF ANYTHING!

But, I will do it for you, because I do like you and you are the real boss here!

Mike here is his Bio- he has been registered since July of 2009, But I do get your point and if this is the case then when memberships expire I would suppose you would be able to do that. But you would be locked out of the premium section.

 kim i see but the rules are the rules and if i pay 100 to post pictures and have my links up then so should he. Jeff may have been here since 2009 but that still dosen't allow him to break the rules when everyone else paid for the privlage so can he. its more about principle.
