Absolutely, the Premium membership would be OPEX, the initial equipment purchase is CAP-X. Though it is very apparent that some members here are downright hostile to anybody who is not a member...never the less I do look forward to sharing the knowledge and learning and I have had some good E-mail correspondences with members who offered their wisdom and knowledge...much appreciated.

Realistically...you really wouldn't need to post a question to get started...there is enough stuff spread around here for anybody with half a brain to figure out what they need. Besides which...if they can figure out how to stuff a 50 gal tank, ladders and a rig into an old Buick...I'd like to see it! Moss? Yeah, it will be the bane of my existence. EVERY roof has it!
