Try making a one page flyer with these before and after pictures. Sometimes people don't pay attention to details and may not remember how bad this roof really was. Canvas the entire region and on your flyer say: We Just Cleaned This Roof In Your Neighborhood! We have had good results with this approach and better results when we talk to potential clients face to face. So, try going door to door and hand out the flyers (if you have the time). We have found that we lock in over 75% of the deals when we meet with clients in person and only 25% when done over the phone with no visual contact.

good advice Markus ... office day today so printed out 50 flyers with before and after pics ... i've just been handing out my generic flyers so i'm anxious to see the response i get with these, i have the date and address of this house on the flyers and kept it pretty simple, also attached some info on non pressure roof cleaning and put it in an unmarked manila envelope
