Those pics of the grease removal.... VERY IMPRESSIVE. You did use a hot water machine I assume. I have been thinking of getting back into that type of cleaning I just hate the cleaning products. They make my skin feel weird but since there are so many exterior cleaners in my area I may just get back in it. I have used degreasers before but did not get the same results like this.

Yes I used hot water along with the degreaser. It is a perfect blend for amazing degreasing results. Spray it on and it almost rubs off, incredible.

Some of you guys know me, I am the restaurant cleaner / soft wash, big project guy. Some of us have met at the Tampa RT, and some of you guys have taken my interior class.

I teach interiors , polymeric commercial roof cleaning and mentor entrepreneurs on growing, managing and perfecting their business. I help newbie’s become pros and pros become elite in their markets.

My background is primarily commercial with special emphases on the restaurant markets, specialized industrial projects, and large commercial projects.

No, I do not have a website, just a reputation, although my friend Chris certainly does recommend I get one ASAP!

I help guys learn to sell, my way, with a smile and a laugh.

And far from a hands off business owner, when I am around home I am out there washing buildings and cleaning carpets as well.

I do thank you Shawn for your flattering words, I hope that I made a difference for you indeed. As Shawn said I show you guys how to get to the decision makers, how to recognize the need, and separate the want of purchasers. no hoods, just floors and equipment. That's way to much nasty work to deal with, and not worth the money compared to what you can get with the other interior cleaning.

When Joe offers it though I will be taking his pizza oven cleaning class. He told this guy at dominoes a few hundred and the GM was like that's cheaper than what we pay now and those guys leave a mess and don't do an adequate job. There's a million pizza joints around here too.

The lack of professionalism displayed by the constant insults of others in the industry and your frequent checking of your ebay auction were distracting and a waste of time.

The demo of the kitchen floor cleaning was worthless and even the next day it was virtually impossible to detect that the floor was even clean.

The ‘field trip’ was a further waste of time as we couldn’t enter one establishment as you had ‘pissed off’ the owner the day prior. Your story of another general manager at a different establishment throwing you out also the day prior, shows very little evidence that this is a service these establishments would even use.
The fact that I had to drive you and the other participants on the ‘field trip’ as you had no vehicle and made no provisions for transportation further demonstrate the disorganized, unprofessional nature of the class and its lack of value.

I respectfully ask that you provide a full refund.

At the opening of the Class Joe asked each person, why did you come here, and you said " I don't know I just wanted to check out the class", then you said you wanted to learn how to clean grocery store coolers, well in all the discription of the course I seen it clearly did not say any where that this topic was included?, and as far as the advertising material, marketing, and etc was going to be mailed out on CD disc.
And for the concern of Jim, he came to the class to learn how to clean residential floors, again the course discription never said anything about cleaning residential floors, so I asked my self why either one of you came.

Joe gave you guys two options. option one) we can clean the entire restaurant kitchen where the meeting was held at 10:00 pm or we can clean a part of it now which was around 8:00 PM and you and the other guy opted for the early time because you didnt want to stay late, and even at the time of the cleaning you had no desire to pay attention you and the other guy was involved with other things. again I thought to my self why you even bothered comming to this class,

I don't recall Joe insulting anyone, on the other hand I clearly remember you personally insulting me and my company shirt I was wearing, remember you told me I should burn my shirts?
to be honest with you I didnt even feel comfortable being in that class because you was acting all arogant while carrying a chip on your shoulder.

the biggest reason is that because the grout was black and it didn't show a big contrast after the cleaning.

I was with Joe, and we didn't get thrown out of any restaurant, that was just a figure of speech and you knew that before you expanded on it.
You had to drive the participates on the field trip lol. It was a whole half mile down the road we could of all walked, and besides Joe said you guys can meet him there or we all can drive together.
And you failed to mention that Joe took us to Chili restaurant and bought us lunch while discussing all the cleaning possibilities there at that particular store and not to mention all the stores at the mall

I respectfully ask that you provide a full refund.
I clearly remember Joe asking you over half dozen of times, what can I do to help you, and please ask me more questions, and are you getting information and you was content.
so with all this being said I'm really deeply agitated at how you could try to attempt to discredit Joe on this board and ask for you money back.
I must say you are a idiot for this fabricated (non-sense post that you put up just so you can try to get a refund! you should be ashamed of your-self!
I edited this post a couple of times, I personally think Joe is a great guy, he goes completely out of his way to help you, he ask you over and over if you understand everything, I am just so disturbed how Garden State could post this non-sense, It's people like him that makes people not want to help others any more.
