Eric I am new to this forum but this idea is a good one. We live in a world that believes virtually everything they see. I would suggest since your customer actually uses the expression "seeing is believing" this would have more impact if it panned over and showed his roof with before and after pics. We are actively developing our roof cleaning business division in Western PA and look forward to one day meeting fellow PA guys. We are working with the website team Bruce Sullivan used to build his new website. She happens to be in PA too!

Yes, I agree completly, that was my thought, I should have panned around andd got the house too! I will definetly do it next time. I am also going to give an intro before the customere speaks, mentioning my company and job location. Its a work in progress but I am sure it will work. It would be great to meet some other PA roof cleaners, but not TOO many! LOL Good choice with Bruce Sullivan, he knows his stuff. Let me know how you make out, I am planning some changes to my website in the near future.

I'd like to figure out how to add a before and after pic to the video? Also maybe a nice Comercial intro to the video, like you said Eric!
