Did he bite the dust??!!

Haha that is good stuff. I just noticed a few weeks ago. A guy that lives a block away has a rig set up. I did some more investigating and found out he is a member of pressure tek state or something like that. I have really been creeping on him and have found out he works a third shift job, sent out direct mailers (one of my clients asked if I knew I had competition and gave me the postcard), has a website and never appears to wash any roofs. I can see his place from my front door and keep an eye on him. I have thought about sending him an e-mail asking him to let me know when he is ready to sell his equipment.

I am a small guy and I don't want people waiting for me to go out of business so they can buy me out.

I got a little background on the situation. I decided the best course of action was to delete with an explanation.

How is me keeping an eye on my competition a "low brow attitude?" I love competition..that is why I want to clean every roof and he gets none. I want to know everything about my competition. If he is doing some marketing that is getting him alot of business...maybe I will implement that into my business plan. It's ok to be a copy cat...as long as you are copying the right cat!

Well lets see, from what I've heard Ted is about 6'4", weighs about 270-280 lbs, is an ex-marine, has a great sense of humor, and one hell of a temper. I've never met him, but developed a freindship over talkshoe.

I have met AC, and I don't think this would be much of a contest. (my moneys on Ted), so I would highly recommend canceling the face to face, and for sure the fishing trip, unless you like being an anchor.lol.

Hopefully this will never come about, but the world is getting crazier by the day.

Poor Ted, try Nutrisystem. It worked for me. I am 6'5" and was 290. After 8 months I am now 230. Hell screw this roof cleaning bull chit. I am going to do a Nutrisystem commercial! Ya Ya that's it, I'm doing a commercial. Don't worry guys, I will remember you when I am rich famous.

This is Ted in this picture, but it sounds like Dave is doing pretty good at 6'5" and 230 lbs!

No, I used to be built like a brick shit house when I was in my 20's & 30's stocking drywall & working on the drilling rigs. To many years of pressure washing and the good life since then. Oh the good old days when women used to whistle at you as you walked down the street......AAHHH Nostalgia. Damn I had some fun!...lol
