Thanks guys, I did have a new helper with me and I actually damaged two impatiens while working, so he got a hard lesson on why we keep EVERYTHING wet the whole time we are working. I replaced the impatiens with a 2 purple mums since they are fall hardy and the homeowner was happy that we fixed our mistake and is happily referring us to his neighbors.

Moral of the story, make sure your ground guy doesn't get lazy, and if something gets damaged, fix it right away and you'll earn a loyal customer by showing them that you care enough to promptly fix your mistakes. No one is perfect!
