anybody ever here of this company or people

Never heard of them, but clearly they don't know what their doing. Their pricing on gutter cleaning are insane. I couldn't imagine anyone would pay those prices.

prices are relative. If a standard ranch (in a given "area") with 2 sides front and back only having gutters and the avg. home width is 50ft, 100 linear ft would be $150. Worth the convenience. Figure the avg footprint would be 50X30ft=1500sq/ft or 1800sq/ft roof surface w/pitch
if price was around $400-600 (guestimate) just for the roof $150 for gutters would seem reasonable to me.

What would you price per linear ft in your area?
For that matter for a similar roof size?

Homeowners are paying for the convenience of your service just like they pay a landscaper to cut their lawns on a weekly basis. while some areas may not pay for such services and HO do it themselves where I am many HO's will pay $35-50per/wk for a 1/4th acre plot to have their grass cut when they could do it themselves thats about $200/month, Explain that to them and I can get prob $300 for once a year cleaning! In reality its part of a full housewash but offered up seperatly its about 200, every house is diff.

I think the VIP package is a bit of a stretch and the ladder fee is a bit much, but I think $125 minimum is reasonable. It's always best to offer 3 packages, 80% of the time consumers choose the one in the middle.

My business(Hank's Property Services) is based in the Poconos, which is not that far from you and I get those prices. I don't do gutter cleaning daily but a least once a week. We provide full scale of property services which include roof cleaning, lawn care, gutters, etc. If you're up in this area don't hesitate to let me know.

I forget what they call it on their website, but their deluxe gutter cleaning price is crazy high at $3 a lf. That would $300 bucks for such a simple easy gutter cleaning(using your 100 Lf scenario). About an hours work. My price would be $110.

for a rancher im around 1.00 to 1.50 a linear ft for two story im at 1.75 to 3.00 all depends on the situation.

I have to admit most housewashing for us is repeat customers that we do a lot of various work for so they are ok with our higher price. there not shopping around and trust us. If it was a new cust that didnt come from a reccomendation I'd have to be a lil lower too prob.

Their deluxe price includes certain repairs, which could be time consuming depending on the condition of the gutters, brackets, etc.. Yes, a standard cleaning of a 100lf ranch could be done in a hour but please keep in mind traveling time, your overhead, etc.. The $110, which is a good price, if no traveling time and repairs are involved.
