Glad to hear you charge a good rate!

I just came home from the movies at Port Charlotte and passed 3 signs that said "ROOF CLEANING $135.00" one right in front of a devolopment near me  I've worked for years!

These are all tile roofs that run over 2000 sq ft under roof each and I get $400 -$500.00 each and that's cheap!

Unfortunately, for the small business guy like me {Just father and son}

These lowballers end up making a mindset with homeowners on what a roof should cost to clean.

Of course, they go out of business in 3 months, but leave their pricing damage behind.

I haven't missed a days work in a long time, but I can't get the prices I got back in the 1990's
