Yes, it is adjustable to 26ft. But we can get to the top of that roof from the a frame as it sets in the picture.

These guys are great! They cleaned my roof, it looked like it needed replaced before, now it looks like new! They also pressure washed my dingy deck and it now looks like brand new. Awesome!!!!
