I did an estimate for a guy who installed a 30 year asphalt shingle, 6 years ago in Lewisberry, PA.  The homeowner is a GC and had no idea you could even clean a roof using a non pressure method, until he saw my truck at a gas station. Because he was in his 120 month warranty, the manufacturer agreed to pay for a certified roof cleaner to remove the black streaks.  The manufacturer is going to mail the check directly to my business. It was a good day for both of us.
