When the economy was good and home sales were going crazy here in Florida  A local Remax agent - Bill Forbes - had me clean most every roof and pressure clean the rest, on the homes he listed and in many cases, paid out of his pocket. I thought that was very wise! He paid me $300 - $600.00 to clean the entire home up [ depending on size etc ] and make it look great, if not new!  It's only common sence to offer up a beautiful home for sale,  instead of a dirty house, pool area and driveway, or an algae infested black streaked roof.

I personally think a few hundred $ to gain thousands is a wise investment in Real Estate sales!

Here in Charlotte County Florida, Roof Cleaning And Pressure Cleaning, Is More Important Now Than Ever! Home sales in my area are picking up, but again, how much faster a clean home, or business with a healthy looking roof will sell than a filthy one, with a roof that looks like it needs to be replaced! [ or a rental will rent] Raise the price with a clean  home, business or rental.

Here are some more recent roofs etc. Which ones would catch your eye to buy? Would you look into buying the home before it was cleaned? Or pass it by?
