Nah Jersey is finished. Im bidding $89.00 for all of my roofs. House washes are $59 any size. The market in Jersey is officially dead. Working on opening a sandwich station.

Welcome Michael,
Soft washing is NOT using a high pressure. There is a ton to learn about soft washing roofs and other exterior surfaces.There is much more to cleaning than just firing up a pressure washer.
Most of it takes time,experience & research.

Soft washing is a term that means to clean a given exterior using a much softer amount of pressure than most would traditionally associate with a pressure washing company. smile

Soft Washing is the process of cleaning a buildings roof or other exterior surfaces by applying cleaning chemicals with a low pressure, agricultural style sprayer in which the chemicals do all of the cleaning and not the pressure of the pump. Once the chemicals are applied they are left behind on some surfaces and rinsed away on others. The rinse of the surface is traditionally done with only a garden hose.

These photos are from a job I did a few years ago, the homeowner hired a so called "professional roof cleaner" who started pressure cleaning his shingle roof, luckily he stopped him before he went any further. Why he chose to do a spot here and a spot there I will never know. I was called since he was told by a friend about me and I fixed the issue before total disaster struck.
