Interviewed a guy today. He would make a good ground man and a Tech. My problem is his weight. 220 lbs of muscle! Can guys that weigh that much do this? Walk roofs and chit?

Here is something that I have found to be true... If you are 6ft or taller and weigh 220-250lbs and you appear to be of average size for your height, no one seems to question your weight. But when your 5ft 7in tall as like I am and weigh 225lbs they look at you as if your going to drop through their roof and end up in the living room watching Dr,Phil providing you dont land on their TV. Aaron is right, it's all in how you walk on the roofs when it comes to tile. Shingle Roofs are much, much easier and I never worry about walking them.
I rarely ever get on a roof anymore whether it be tile or shingle. Not because of my weight but because I have gotten heat stroke on 2 different occations in years past and it was not fun. During the winter I will occationally hop up and spray a roof from time to time but not in the summer months. That's what employee's are for.
I think we should all start posting some pictures of ourselves in this thread so that Clyde can check us all out. LOL... It would be kinda nice to put some faces to the names as well.
