This is what we have in the survey currently.  I will change the title from "Roofs" to "Roof Cleaning".  How do number look? 

Roofs

Cedar Shake Roofs

• 60 to 95 cents/ft² or $200.00 to $400.00 per roof

Composition Roofs

• Average Pitch: 10 to 30 cents/ft²
• Steep Pitch: 20 to 35 cents/ft²
• Minimum Charge: $100.00 to $150.00.
• Note: Lighter shingles usually require a stronger concentration of chemicals
• On average, a 2,000/ft² roof takes two hours.
• Minimum Charge $150.00

Manufactured Housing (Mobile Home) Roofs

• Single Wide: $55.00 to $65.00
• Double Wide: $65.00 to $95.00

Add on Roof coating:

• Note: Try to get customers to use "Kool Seal" (an elastomeric roof coating) for longevity, as aluminum roof coatings will crack and peel after eight months or so.

Option 1

• Cost of the roof coating plus $15.00 per 5 gallons for the material, and $40.00 per 5 gallons to apply.

Option 2

• Add the width plus length plus $60.00 for working off the ground plus the cost of materials. For example: On a 12' x 65' trailer, figure $12.00+$65.00+$60.00=$137.00 plus materials.

Most Single Wide Shingle Roofs done here in Florida are from 75.00 to 150.00 and Double Wide's from 150.00 to 250.00

The house wahing prices need more variables added. For instance: The bulletin states" "Any two story house $250.00. There are lots's of gigantic houses out there that are two story,.....Maybe consider a pricing structure to also include a more detailed house washing(aka) brush washing.. $250.00 is where it begins on a very small two story,...then it can go up to a $1,000,..with the average probably being $350.00-$400.00,.... Honestly,..a good mix will take 90% of the work away from the physical part of brushing the job,..but brushing does loosen up the dirt and those little fluffy cocoons that get under the siding edges,..and then it all rinses free and easy with less water.

Also the gutters aren't the only thing that needs cleaned with the purple cleaners or f-13 or whatever you choose to clean painted aluminum. Window sills encased in aluminum also need to be cleaned this way,..they get a dark graying tone that needs these gutter cleaners to do the job properly. Also the fascia is often painted aluminum. For those who haven't done this,..try it once and you'll see that it makes a big difference in the overall brightness of the entire job when you're done.

There are also alot of cases whre the first few feet of siding under the soffit needs special attention with yet a third cleaner,..the dirt under cover like this just lays there for years and gets to a point where it can't be cleaned properly with a basic mix. Although adding some hydroxide to your mix adds effective cleaning power for these areas,..there's something better that really gets the job done. 

On most jobs I use no less than three different cleaners. This makes for a nice detailed house wash.

I don't recommend using them with bleach.  I will check into the price on the Titan, thanks for the heads up.
