Has anyone washed a mobile home/trailer?  If so, what was your mix or percentage of SH?

I use in a 5 gallon container 2.5 gallons of SH 2.5 gallons of water and about 8 to 16 ounces of simple cherry or you can use Ammonyx. The Ammonyx is good for the cling and glass as well as the simple cherry.

Thanks Mark. Sounds like you are down streaming that mix. I have a Delavan 5850 and pulling from a pre-mix, 55 gal. tank. What percentages would you use with a set up like that?

When I soft wash homes with my roof cleaning tank I always add 1 gallon of Sh to 5 gallons of water. It seems to be just right, not too strong not too weak. Yes the formula I originally posted is when I downstream the mixture.

Use your normal house wash mix. You guys down south mix a little stronger then us northerners. My last house wash was 3 gals. SH to 30 gals. water.

I've used 3 gallons to 80 gallons and it still cleaned.....It cleans better if the surface is dry......The solution doesn't know what it's cleaning it just does, that's why we wet everything down that we don't want cleaned or affected by the mix......

I agree with the 3/30 (1/10) ratio....beef it up a bit if it's real nasty. I've never had to go stronger than 2/10 when using the delavan. I would suggest adding 1 cup of 10% potassium Hydroxide per 10 gal of water (or per 1 gal of SH) and it will cut through the oxidation.

It really just depends on how dirty the sucker is. Here's one of Tallahassee's finest that I did. Start at 5% and work your way up from there.

-- BTW - this one took about 15-20%

I use the 1/10 mix and it works great for houses I run into. One question. I ran into a house this week that had artillery fungus. What are you guys using to remove this stuff ? I have a few things that I use, that I was told would clean them, but nothing is getting rid of it to easy. Any tips ?

 Yes....exclude artillery fungus.

I've never tried it but i've been told the best way to get them off is the Mr Clean Magic Eraser.
