As far as the mix start with that and add if you don't get the results you are looking for up the ante a bit on the SH, ( spot test would not be a bad idea considering the other thread here) don't forget the camera and take a pic with her, mail her a copy.

I did a promo on a heavily traveled road about a month ago. The response was good. Turned out the homeowners house I did was a nice older lady who was very active in her church. She was very pleased and said she would be sure to promote my business. I did half the roof and left it for two days and came back and did the rest. During this time I put a yard sign up. I guess I needed a larger yard sign though because her elderly friends thought she was running for some political office.

So did you get any work because of it?

Not yet. All of my work this year has been from doorhangars, newspapers, and the Real Estate Showcase magazine ad. It still wasn't a waste though. Got my name out there and a chance to show what we can do.
