I do more than roofs. Sometimes a roof cleaning, or even a gutter cleaning turns into a house makeover! Thats the roof house sidewalk gutters, driveway and deck!

Google maps suck for online estimating. They are coming out with Google 45 (slowly) but Bing Maps "birdseye" is the superior mapping tool. It is quite impossible to not notice the height of a building with Bing.

 It's not my intent to debate or argue with anyone's system or methods. What works best for you is the best system...period. I've been doing it this way for 3 years now and I have vastly increased our productivity and profitability. Customers are impressed with our technology and the fast response, shorter backlog and customer service.

This is just for residential....when it comes to commercial property (flat work), all estimates are done in person and we use what I call "Shock and Awe" on the large accounts.
