Thinks its a great idea for everybody have a check list prior to a roof clean.
Like the pop up gutter,,something I would have never look for prior. I'm sure you can come up with a list of things we need to look at prior to a wash.I think the biggest reason for a check list is for your employers. Thanks
I once knocked a door to sell a roof cleaning. Old guy was real perceptive...smiling, almost giggling. I thought it went well, until I got back in my van and looked in the mirror to see a big piece of jelly hanging off the side of mouth. I think telling the guy how thorough we are and all that talk about attention to detail went right out the window. Examine your face before greeting customer: Check!
No prob man, It's just things i've noticed along the way while estimating roof's. Sometimes homeowners don't know there property as good as I do. With a list like that and picture's of things that are already fading or broken etc.....it helps if they try to tell you messed something up that was already there.....
I had it happen with an elderly gentleman that was hard of hearing, I had to keep explaining that we haven't even started spraying his roof, just wetting everything down so we could get started....lol (he thought we sprayed his siding and made it fade....) it was just the 4' 0 clock sunside and was already faded....lol he finally got what i was telling him, before I actually started spraying I took ABUNCH of pictures, just in case.... after I finished that roof I made that list. (Btw he was Very pleased with the final product)
If you open it in word I think you can just take my logo out and use yours if you like.
I had posted a list on here somewhere, but anyways here it is...

I like your list Kim, it looks like you are well prepared for anything that could happen. The Wasp Spray is a must down here. Brake Cleaner works good on them too if you run out, but they take a few seconds to drop so you might have run 10 feet or so.
