Using a Yamada FDP-15 this year. All of a sudden it looses power on me. It doesnt seem to shoot nearly as far as it did at the beginning of the year. I can spray full at first, and then it is almost like I have to wait a couple of seconds for the full power to come back.
Jobs are beginning to take much longer to complete. I have replaced the whip line with no difference in results.
Any thoughts out there. Thank you!

Ive ben having this problem also with the Flo-Jet. It worked fine in the beginning. Then Ive gotten moments when it dies out and Id shut it and wait for the pressure to build up. This usually happens while the user is on the roof so it makes it difficult to check the compressor gauges as its happening. Im not sure how to solve the problem.
clearing any moisture in the air lines and in the tanks is VERY Vital to make the air pumps operate seemlessly. Any amount of moisture will cause the spool and or shaft to have friction. When this moisture gets into these parts it will cause the pumps to hang up when dead headed. I have seen it alot, and decided to put an oiler on the pumps at a drip rate of 1 per 5 minutes or so. DRAIN DRAIN DRAIN and have a good quailty moisture collector. This solved 95% of my problems such as yours.
