It appears that Titan Hose Reels have received a bad rap due to a lack of information posted on the boards.
It is cut and dry and very easy to tell when and why a hose reel manifold fails.
The manifold develops leaks ONLY when it is NOT RINSED OUT. The hose reels with stainless steel manifolds should give you a minimum of 5 years if you rinse it out and take care of the reel.
We can immediately tell if a customer has NOT rinsed between jobs or ever. The reel begins to fail at 1 or 2 years if the owner DOES NOT RINSE. If you do not take care of your equipment, your equipment will not take care of you.
If you are too busy to rinse, understand that the pump, all fittings, the reel and applicator or gun are going to FAIL. If premature failure is acceptable due to the savings in time from not rinsing, then consider the reel, pump and gun as disposable equipment that has served you well and hopefully made you a lot of money as well as happiness.
Think of rinsing your equipment like brushing your teeth. You only brush the ones you want to kkep, right? LOL!!! When you take care of your teeth, your entire health if affected and it ends up costing you less in dental visits.
Please stop thinking that Titan Hose reels fail quickly. You have not received the whole story.
We have seen reel last 10 to 15 years enduring every day use.
It seems that the CNC stainless steel swivel do not last as long as they should. We have a poly swivel to help with that problem.
Looks exactly like what Y'all did for me a few weeks ago. Replaced the manifold on my roof chem spray reel. It's working great BTW. Thanks Lori and Rex.

The tack weld got ya by for a while, right?
It is ALWAYS A PLEASURE to see you, Larry. Please tell Carol and Peter that I said Hola!
Hmmmm???? I'm needing 3 reels. lol! but anyway I am. Can you get the piggy back reels from Hosetract
Michael, yes, we offer Hosetract. We have not sold many. Can I ask what you like about them? Just interested and would like to know!
Are you needing reels that have a small footprint and are stackable? Chemical running through them? How many feet of what Inner Diameter hose and what is the max pressure rating required if needing high pressure?
I have a bunch of Hosetract swivel repair kits that we have been sitting on and would love to get rid of CHEAP!
