Chucks examples are correctly laid out. Because Here is another thread talking about percentages in a house mix. As I mentioned in another thread, I believe the percentages mentioned in house washing confuse some people when someone says 10% or 15%,...I don't think they're referring to 10%-15% hypo in strength,..but rather referring to 12.5% in volume of the mix. I hope I explained that clearly. Because some may interpret 10%-15% as being able to use pure 12.5% hitting the siding. We don't even use that strength on roofs.

Exactly.
SH is 12.5% so if you cleaned a roof with 100% SH [and you never would] it would be 12.5% Sodium Hypochlorite
So, when I say 10%, the real math makes the mix actually 1.25%
A 50% SH roof mix is actually just over 6%
