Another one bites the dust, roof top delivery...This roof has a good pitch and it is less than 15 years old, only 1/2 of its original life span.
It was pouring rain when I shot the picture, I will bet the back side (north) has black streaks.
Damn shame, goes to show we have a lot of work to do educating the public , to bad we dont have a fund to make a huge tv add that plays durning the playoffs and locale sporting events, A huge Rcia Media ...lol

Wow 24sq. Just on the top part of that house. That house has to be about 55sq. Bob is that your Home Improvent company doing that job? It's a nice hit, It would be, about 17K here in NY
What a waste. We see them all the time around Tulsa. Do we need to educate the insurance company's or the owners? If an adjuster tells me they will pay for a new roof or I could pay for the cleaning, I know which option I'd take!
I just spent a week in West Michigan area looking into expanding a branch up there. I spent alot of time talking with commercial properties and management companies that have numerous roofs in the area. A large majority of them felt they would have to be replacing roofs very soon, we will be teaming up with a licensed General Contractor to help us educate the customers about the benefit of cleaning the roofs. I felt it would be better to have this added benefit for the customer until we can really start getting a large base of commercial customers on board and thus helping to sell our product. I felt like we had a great response from maintenance supervisors when using the GC as well.
