For those in charge of this site I have a couple of questions.

 

1.  Is there any way to put a spell check on this site?

2.  Is there a way to flag posts for removal that are off color, full of curse words, or are simply just unproductive.

David there is a spell check feature in the advanced editor when you post anywhere, just click the advanced editor.
The Mods will be taking care of all the other issues there is a set of rules in the shade.
