Listen...been doing contracting work since 1995...everyone has to start somewhere! 

Long story short...I'm in central west jersey....people have money.  When I clean homes or roofs...I start at labor at $300-$750 depending on LOTS OF STUFF!  Materials are $75-$175

Whether I meet the customer, email or phone...I let them know that I'm insured and Lic...in the State of NJ!!!!  If you get a cheaper price...make sure they have these credentials....and if they don't...you don't want them working on or in your home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
