Glad I caught this thread!!! Taking my timme posting this... This chit works! Networking. It's finnally working.

You want to network with RCIA guys. The best friends, and a brotherhood too.

Roof cleaner first, and I do this other stuff too... house wash, whatever. upsell!

EDIT: I'm also a gutter cleaner. I upsell from that too. Hint.

Well I guess your name's officially out there when your in Fla. and ARMA refers you to Thompson Roof Cleaning. I guess its time to expand. C'mon Clyde, pack up. We're heading back down to the mother land.

So many miss out on this because thet are to afraid of not getting theirs first.Trust me guys I've been in the trades along time those that share are miles ahead of the "lone wolves"

Our painting business is slamed we are booked up to the end of May(all residential). Finding good employees is still just as tough as ever.
I have had the same 10 guys with me for a few years now. I just can't get any new guys to work a 40 hour week so they don't last around here.

I had a lady from Tampa call last week. She said that she was told to call me to take care of a rental she owns in St Louis. She didn't tell me who told her to call me.

Did the job this week wasn't big but she seemed real nice and very grateful.

So I am saying THANKS to who ever it was from Tampa that gave her my name.
