I have tried off and on through the 20 years, to not just have a mix made up and a drop in suction hose.

{ I'm trying to be clear by over explaining myself biggrin }

I would like to know if anyone has a setup that you can add mix into water supplied not by a 2nd tank, but by attaching a garden hose from the house for the water feed and set the % at 30 -50 % with some reliablity in accuracy?

I have done it with a water tank & separate SH tank, but the % was never accurate and that requires having another tank onboard!

If you do, and you want to share that info, please give me some details and maybe pictures? I want to accomplish this using Delavan 2gpm and 5gpm pumps.

If you prefer not to post it, PM me and I'll send you my email address for the pictures.

Thanks,

Chuck

I was tryin something like that, except I was tryin to do it with my surfactant, instead of water...I'm going to do a housewash today and i'm gonna try it out.... Don't know about the water though....seem's like you would have to connect the water after your pump.

I guess noone has perfected injecting chem mix and water together without mixing them, using Delavan or similar diaphram 12 volt pumps?

I thought I'd have a lot of replies to this question?

Maybe I didn't make the idea clear enough?

I would like to have a setup, where I carry 100 gal of SH and Ammonyx Lo combined.

Instead of a 35% -50% mix that I drop a suction intake hose into.

What would be ideal, is a setup where you could hook a garden hose up to one side of "SOME APARATUS?" and the pump up to the other and have a gate type / pinch valve to adjust it to a 35% mix / 65% water or 50/50 end result.

I have no idea how to make such a thing-if at all possible?

I have tried a 100 gal tank of water and a 100 gal tank of SH/Ammonyx Lo [etc] and dual suction intakes from them.

I never got a dependable % mix though?

Any ideas on the hose dream of mine?

If not, any success with one tank water and one tank pure mix?

I need to keep experimenting! It's what keeps my interest up after 20+ years of this!!! yawn

Thanks,

Chuck

Was kind enough to call me and explain a method he has that works.
However, his method is not using 12 volt diaphragm pumps, like Delavan Demand pumps in 2gpm & 5 gpm sizes.
I would like to do this experiment, but I really don't want to switch away from 12 volt pumps.
Anyone else have anything that has worked, using the 12 volts?
Thanks Bee Clean Pressure Cleaning LLC !

Take a look at this - HydroMaster  Maybe you can make this work somehow with want you want to do. I came across this awhile back and never had a chance to really look into it.
