 Chris I got all my stuff from PT and yet when I talked to Lori last year about some HangTite she told me to call her Dad if I ever had an issue with my FatBoy, all I could say was wow........that's what I call Awesome customer service.......

 Tell you they have great customer service. Reg pulled fat from the frying pan my unloader clogged some damage call him he said that he will be in my erea the next day he pulled my unloader replaced it had me working the that day this was on Sunday so try to buy from them when need equipment.

When I came to this board about 2 1/2 years ago i read a bit about the roof cleaning and decided i was gonna add that to my washing business.Everybody was saying this saying that about what you needed and i called Lori father Rex and asked him what i needed and this an that he had everything i needed and told me how to rig it up in about 10 minutes it was straight to the point.Had a big box full of goodies in about 3 days.Very good service provided by PwP

 Just dont call him about 12v chemical pumps. He'll spend 20 minutes trying to convince you somethings wrong that isnt and sell you a new hose that you dont need.

 Last year I had a great experience with PWP. This year so-so. I still placed my order this week with them. Im not getting the myristamine, I'm getting the laramine, bummer. and I'm leaving it at that.

 No... 1 more thing. I like dealing with the same person, be it with an ad I got running, a supply company, whatever. I pushed to bring PWP back here. I'm sure they will get these things fixed.

 Scott just spoke his mind. I'm famous for it too.

 

Nothing negative, just my experience and warning. Don't take it down a negative road.

I have to say rex helped me out over the phone before and Lori has also been helpful. Glad to see them back.
