I honestly believe roof cleaning is more dangerous.Health wise & environmentally. So once the takers start dniffing for ways to take friom the makers (that's us). We won't be making any money. Half of your costs will go to others.

I just finished reading an older post where someone actually called agencies to find out what to do with the bagged SH. Let's just put an ad on TV next time. If "we" make enough noise they will come in with fees and make up some kind of requirement. Hell, they will start taxing SH with some special roof use tax and the list goes on... Look what is now happening because of the all new stupid EPA lead certificate program. Take a day off work, pay for the class get a special certification from the EPA to work in homes built pre '78. Charge more money to the HO so you can do the work w/o getting busted and fined. I could go on forever on this one because it shows how badly government can screw up something.

As of April 22, 2010, federal law requires that:

• Renovation firms must be certified under EPA's Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule

• Individuals must be trained in lead-safe work practices

• Training providers must be accredited by EPA.

WE ARE SAVEING THE LIFE OF THERE ROOF THIS IS NOT ONLY COSMETIC THIS IS RUST ON STEEL! I guess my expectations are to high. But when i see a nice house i jump out the car,or truck knock on the door give them my presentation and when they show no interest i just want to grab them by the neck shake ther head till it falls off and say whats wrong with you im helping you you dumb fuck!!

There is no better way to make money than roof cleaning. there is no over head please i beg you lets not fuck this up!

You hit the nail on the head.. straight up and I see it all the time, whole nieghborhoods, frustrating as hell.  Everything else looks great but the roof, make ya wanna yell at em "your roof looks like chit!!"

But the corrosion is probably the biggest thing they don't get.

I took this pic a a McDonalds and it pretty much speaks for itself, but they probably would ignore this too..

Dam only 12:30 going back up staires to take care of my little filly (kinda scared hope i can walk after this, let alone walk a roof pray for me!! 37 year old women are hard to handle!!! Peace!!!)
