Hey Dave,..you're right,..I'm not above doing any job that is within my realm of work.
Aside from the positive income,..there is also the possibility of a customer like this owning 3-4 rental houses,..works at a business that could use your services,..has a brother who is part of a HOA in a condo group,.etc

You never know who you may be working for,..

I got a call from a house next to where this barn is at today. He see's the cleaning happening on the barn, and want's me to clean his house roof this week. So, this little job just landed me a $450 roof.

Update: I finally made it back to the area where this shed was cleaned. The home owner informed me that it was completely clean by the end of may.
They were so happy with the way it turned out. Great Lakes Roof Cleaning can clean even the worst of the worst.

Nice! That was a funky looking roof. Did a Tile roof completely covered in Lichen and G Mag. That mofo took all day long. It was 8000 sqft but it came out Niiiiiiice. The homeowner who is now a good friend of mine is a DIY kinda guy, and for years he cleaned it with a surface cleaner and had leaky issues when he was done. He is a Millionaire but a good ole boy nut he fell off the roof years back and the misses would not let him do it anymore. So he found me/
