I still dont believe it Art!!! It was already sold but no deposit or anything. I said I'll buy it right now!!! She called the guy up and he said it would be a while, so I pulled out my card!!! lol!!! She hung up and took my card!!!
Tom I've already bought the second trailer! To save money, and I dont need 2 trailers, just upgraded hose reels and all. I think I am going to reuse most on the new trailer. Still going to 5 gallon chems, unless I can find room for a small tank. Gotta keep the buffer tank. that takes up about as much room as the hot box. I think there will be enough room for the 12 volt system and the 200ft reels I'm getting. I'm guesstimating all this chit.
Hopefully this will be like last year this time, when I was building my first trailer and so were other guys! Here at the RCIA! Now I'm building a better one!
Any and all help appriciated, on this second build, and I'll help paid members too.
Now I'll be able to get gum outa concrete!!!
EDIT: It was a steal Eric!!!
EDIT: I forgot the trailer pic!

They are pretty simple there is not much to them. Once you get it fired up you'll be able to figure out if needs any maintenance or adjusting.
What is the burner rated for and what size pump are you hooking to it?

Wow Mike... 2000 posts and counting! When I saw your post and the picture I thought where the hell would he put that, then I saw you bought a new trailer. I'm glad you found one Mike, you've been talking about a burner since I met you!
Thanks Brett! A burner opens up a whole new world of cleaning!!! @ Jon I didnt ask? I just forgot to, I'm sure its 180 degrees or so, currently my pump is 4gpm, but I'm getting a 5.6 gpm pump with that hose on the unloader that helps keep the water from getting too hot in the pump. Forgot what that is called.
The reason I was asking is I put a burner on my trailer that is rated for 6 and my pump is 9. It gets the water to maybe 150 to 160 if I had to guess. It helps a lot but still isn't hot enough. I'd like it to be up around 180 to 200.
So you might wanna check if your going to upgrade pumps. Your inlet water is a lot colder up there so you want to make sure the burner is rated for at least the amount of gpm your pump is pushing.

Exactly. My burner runs constantly when water is flowing. If I hook it up to my portable 4gpm machine then, even with the thermostat set at 250deg, it will cycle on and off every minute or so.

the burner is meant to cycle with the heat that is called for on the thermostat. the Higher the temp the longer it will burn. the lower the temp the less frequent it will burn.

I dont know much about this yet. Henry expained how they work and they are quite simple! Jon your burner is contantly running because it cant reach that temp. I think?
What is the weight of what I bought? In the picture up top? Is there a gloss paint I can buy that can handle the heat, I also want to put guages on the out side, saying true temperature, and psi, I got more questions too!!!
