Wow man,..no gutters,...I would be lost without gutters,..I probably did only a handful of roofs without gutters,..and I didn't like it,Ha,Ha...

I just sold anotherone today like that. They are having a party in a month! I hung out with these guys, for like an hour! They showed me their estimate from another pressure washing franchise, Weendow Geeiny. I was more expensive on everything! I'll make there whole house look brand new! I signed her right there and she WAS gonna get a 3rd estimate! I will make her house ready for the party! (give her some extra cards)! Already got a sign in her front yard!

 I'm even doing her dryervent!

Brother I got the roof house and all the flat work and wood! Plus the dryervent! and the garage too! Almost 2k in a day! LOL!!!

I'm just pullin your chain but feel free to start another post with your pictures. I'm really looking forward to seeing the finished product. We love cleaning roofs in Tampa. Actually this gentleman had me give him a price to re-paint the exterior as well. It doesn't need it but he doesn't like the color.
He would like to have my other company, Integrity Finishes of Tampa Bay, do it right away. We are booked solid for painting right now until the 2nd week of May. I just had to hire 3 more guys Friday.
I really think this is going to be a fantastic year. Last year was great!
